The Registration Process for Field Trips has changed!

How to register

for field trips and events:

    • Register Here: 

    • A Membership per child is required (Adults & Children 4 & under, accompanying older siblings on field trips do not need to pay for membership).

    • When sending payment, please Include your ALL names of attending & what field trip you are paying for

    • Complete the following 2 Waivers (Print, sign & bring with to field trip/event).

    • Liability Waiver​

    • Covid Waiver

Charters Accepted: Freedom, Pacific Coast Academy, Cabrillo, Mission Vista

Vendor Name: Leslie Kitchen

(if we are in a lockdown, most charters will not pay)

All Field trips are non-refundable unless HEC cancels the trip.

Field Trips, Events, Day Camps & Classes

are only for HEC members.

At least one membership is required for your children to participate in field trips for up to 2 students. 

Parents do not need to purchase a membership.

If you are purchasing day camps & classes,

a membership is required for each student.

Membership is paid through our registration system & will allow your student to participate in all events, field trips & classes that are held through HEC. 

Membership is good for the entire school year:

June 2, 2020 through June 1, 2021.

PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED TO SAVE YOUR SPOT.

IF PAYMENT IS NOT SENT, SPOT IS NOT SAVED &

YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE event.
