Homeschool Enrichment Centers (HEC) is a learning center for Preschool through High School that provides a safe place where homeschool families can come together, take Enrichment & Core classes, participate in community events & field trips and receive support and encouragement from knowledgeable people & one another. We believe in igniting the joy of learning in our students with hands-on learning, engaging interaction & critical thinking, while teaching students responsibility, compassion & how to work well with others. Whether you are looking for a couple of classes or a whole day (or more), staying with your child or dropping them off, homeschool families can find it here. We are like a college, but for kids, where you can choose each individual class that best meets you & your child's needs!

How Does HEC Work?

  • We are like a college but for kids, where you choose your schedule, yet you are still the teacher & continue to make the decisions of how to homeschool.

  • You choose however many classes you want. There is no minimum or maximum. All classes are a-la-carte.

  • A Membership is required to register at HEC

  • Each class is paid to each individual vendor after membership is paid.

  • You can choose enrichment or core classes.

  • Families choose HEC to farm out their child's core classes, to take enrichment classes, for the social time or to simply get a break.

  • We accept Independent & Homeschool Charter Students

  • Payments to each individual class goes directly to each independent vendor/teacher.

  • Parents stay on campus

  • OR you can choose to drop-off by choosing & paying extra for one of our  drop-off program options. Continue below for options.

  • HEC is not a school & does not keep records or require Vaccinations

  • You are the teacher and we partner with you.

MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION:

  • The Membership is $74 for the school year from August-May 31st and is required for all children upon registration.

  • The membership is non-refundable and does not prorate.

  • Membership is to be able to register for classes, field trips and to attend our community events.

  • You can pay out of pocket for membership OR use charter funds to pay for it.

    • Check with your charter to see if they pay for membership registration fees. If not, you will need to pay for this fee out of pocket.

    • Then charters will pay for the individual classes with approved vendors.

 

INSTRUCTIONS ON REGISTERING: 

  • Click on the "CLASSES" tab at the top of this website.

  • Then scroll down & if you see a blue AMILIA button, CLICK ON IT.

  • Use the Filters for LOCATION on the left side. 

    • Other Filters: day, location, more filters, program and category​

  • Once you click to register, it will prompt you to create an ACCOUNT.

  • You will create an account under the PARENT's name.​​

  • Start registering for classes.

  • Using charter funds to pay for the Membership instead of paying the membership out of pocket? Stop and go to the instructions below on how to use funds to pay for membership. *Otherwise, continue registering to pay membership out of pocket.

  • After checkout, follow instructions on how to pay for each individual class to each individual vendor/teacher with their method of payment or charter.

    • **You will be emailed a confirmation upon finishing registration- with methods of payment for each vendor/teacher.

  • IF YOU REGISTERED AND HAVE NOT PAID- YOU MAY NOT START THE CLASS. IF YOU PAID & ARE NOT PROPERLY REGISTERED, YOU MAY NOT START CLASSES. Paying with your charter funds does NOT MEAN YOU ARE REGISTERED. WE ARE NOT ONE SYSTEM.

HOW TO PAY MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION WITH CHARTER:

  1. YOU CANNOT REGISTER IF YOU ARE USING FUNDS TO PAY FOR MEMBERSHIP UNTIL WE RECEIVE YOUR Purchase Order (or Enrichment Certificate) FROM YOUR CHARTER for the $74 per student.

  2. You can choose to pay out of pocket for membership to make the process quicker and to save your child's spots in desired classes; then pay for classes with charter funds.

  3. OR Order funds from your charter to pay Homeschool Enrichment Centers.

  4. Email homeschoolenrichmentcenters@gmail.com with names of student(s), charter name, contact email

  5. Once HEC receives the purchase order from your charter we will then email you a coupon code to use upon checking out with registration.

  6. THEN you can start registering for classes in OUR SYSTEM using that coupon at checkout so it doesn't charge you for the $74 membership.

  7. Once you checkout, follow instructions below on how to pay for classes once you register in OUR SYSTEM. You will receive an email confirmation of each vendor's charter's name to order funds.

  8. ORDERING FUNDS THROUGH YOUR CHARTER WITHOUT REGISTERING IN OUR SYSTEM DOES NOT SAVE YOURS SPOTS. Our system and charter systems are not linked together.

Homeschooling

Paying For Classes with Charter Funds 

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Register for the classes in our system on our website to save your child's spots in classes, making sure that vendor is an approved vendor with your charter.

  2. Order enrichment funds with your charter immediately.

  3. Enrichment Certificates & Purchase Orders must be received within 5 business days. If it is not received in 5 business days you will be dropped from the class.

  4. If you do not have access to charter funds to pay, you will need to pay a $50 deposit OR do not register until you have access to your funds so the vendor can receive the payment within 5 business days. There are no exceptions.

  5. Check with your charter on their policies. Check with your charter on when they will release funds to be used for SERVICES. All charters work differently.

  6. FULL PAYMENT or a PURCHASE ORDER (OR ENRICHMENT CERTIFICATE) FROM YOUR CHARTER must be received before a student can start classes. Do NOT ask if they can attend without full payment. No exceptions.

  7. ORDERING FUNDS THROUGH YOUR CHARTER WITHOUT REGISTERING IN OUR SYSTEM DOES NOT SAVE YOURS SPOTS. Our system and charter systems are not linked together.

Early Drop off 

WHAT COMES WITH EARLY DROP OFF 

  • $78 per semester 

  • Early Drop Off Care  from 8:15am-9:00am 

  • Supervision in case of an emergency 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Must be registered in minimum 3 classes for the day
