How Do I Register?
Step by Step Instructions on how to register with HEC

  1. Purchase a membership. Memberships are $45 per academic school year, creating a password & then checkout. (If paying membership with charter funds, see the bottom instructions).

    2. If you have 5 or more children, membership is capped at $180 max.

  2. Create a profile account under the parents name.

  3. Add students to profile

  4. Add the classes you want (make sure to checkout after adding classes to your cart).

    2. If you enroll in our Drop-Off Academy, registering for 2-3 full day with 10 or more classes, you get up to 10% off all of your classes. Click Here for Drop-Off Academy

    3. The director can help you create a schedule that meets all of your needs.

    4. Your membership comes with a 30 minute consultation.

  5. All classes require a $50 non-refundable deposit. (If paying with Charter funds skip to # 6)

    1. You do not pay for classes upon checking out but pay to the vendor via Venmo, PayPal or mailing a check.

      1. Payment goes directly to each vendor/teacher. Read class description for details on how to pay each one.

      2. You CANNOT wait to pay. The system may say this, but in the detailed description it says you CANNOT wait to pay. Immediate payment is required to save your spot or you will be dropped.

  6. If you are with a charter & paying with charter funds (a purchase order or enrichment certificate) then the teacher/vendor needs to receive that enrichment certificate within 5 business days.

    1. You do not pay for classes upon checking out.

    2. You would go into your Charter Hub/Portal or contact your assigned Charter teacher to order a purchase order (enrichment certificate) to be paid to each vendor/teacher AFTER YOU SECURE YOUR SPOT IN EACH CLASS IN SAWYER.

    3. Ask your teacher to expedite payment.

    4. If payment or enrichment certificate is not received within the times above, your student will be dropped from their classes.

    5. Only 5 enrichment certificates are allowed at one time per student when holding spots in classes.

  7. The remainder of the fees due are required to be paid before classes start.

    1. Or if you are enrolling in our Drop-Off Academy & paying for 10+ classes, and want to do the HEC approved payment plan, contact the vendor/teacher to let them.

Instructions on how to Pay Membership

With Charter Funds

Step by step instructions on how to order with charter funds:


  1. Pay for membership out of pocket to save your spots now OR go to #2 to pay the $45 membership with charter funds.

  2. If you want to use charter funds to pay for the $45 membership then you will order an enrichment certificate (a fancy word for purchase order) to pay for the membership to Homeschool Enrichment Centers. This will need to wait until you have access to your service funds through your charter.

  3. This can take 2 days to 2 weeks.

  4.  Email me at that you ordered the certificates with the following info:

    1. Your name, date your ordered

    2. Your children’s name

    3. Your email

    4. Your phone number.

  5. As soon as I receive your enrichment certificate from your charter, I will email you with a coupon to then purchase memberships for your children.

  6. When you receive that code, Go to the “memberships” button. Purchase only memberships individually for each child. Use that coupon code at checkout. Then follow instructions above on how to register for classes.
