How to register

for field trips and events:

  1. Send payment via Venmo or PayPal (friends & family only!).

  2. Include in the message/comments with payment: full name of children, child's age, what field/event trip, email,  & accompanying parent's name with the payment. 

  3. RSVP on the FaceBook event within the HEC group. Include a screenshot of payment and your child's age/grade.

All Field trips & Events are non-refundable unless HEC cancels the trip.

Field Trips & Events are for HEC members ONLY.

Parent does not need to purchase membership.

At least one membership is required for your children to participate in field trips for up to 2 students. 

If you are purchasing day camps & classes,

a membership is required for each student.

PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED TO SAVE YOUR SPOT.

IF PAYMENT IS NOT SENT, SPOT IS NOT SAVED &

YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE TRIP
