Homeschool Enrichment Centers Drop-Off Program Policy Clarification
At Homeschool Enrichment Centers, we offer a Drop-Off Program as a courtesy and convenience for families who wish to drop their children off while attending their classes. However, participation in the Drop-Off Program is 100% OPTIONAL and is subject to strict policies and guidelines, for families who meet the program's full scheduling and policy requirements.
If you choose to participate in the Drop-Off Program, you are agreeing to follow all program requirements as outlined.
If you are unable or unwilling to meet the program's policies, you are still welcome to attend classes, but a parent or guardian must remain on campus at all times with your child.
This program is designed to ensure safe, supervised care for students whose parents are not on campus during class times and applies equally to all families in order to maintain fairness & consistency.

K-HIGHSCHOOL ARE WELCOME TO REGISTER FOR THE DROP OFF PROGRAM
TK cannot participate in the drop-off program. However, Tk can register in our 3 hour drop-off classes or specific classes with the same vendors noted below ONLY. (see more at the bottom).
CHARTER FUNDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR THE DROP-OFF PROGRAM
Participation is Optional, But Policy Compliance is Mandatory
-
The Drop-Off Program exists to serve families who need full or half-day to drop their child off and are able to commit to the required schedule.
-
Participation in the Drop-Off Program requires registering for either:
-
Full Day: Minimum of 5 classes filling the full-day schedule (beginning at 9:00am and concluding at 2:55pm & registering for a 11:00, 12:00 or 1:00pm lunch time).
-
Half Day: Minimum of 3 classes within designated morning or afternoon time blocks.
-
-
Families cannot pick and choose partial days, scattered class times, or fewer classes while still expecting to use Drop-Off Program privileges.
-
If you do not want or need that number of classes, you are not required to sign up for Drop-Off Program. You may simply stay on campus with your child during their scheduled classes.
Non-Compliance and Removal from the Program
-
Failure to follow the Drop-Off Program scheduling requirements, or attempting to participate without the proper number of classes, will result in removal from the Drop-Off Program.
-
If a family is removed from the Drop-Off Program for any reason — including non-compliance with policies — no refunds, transfers, trades or exchanges will be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS!
-
It is each family’s responsibility to ensure that their child’s schedule meets the Drop-Off Program requirements.
Financial Responsibility and Refund Policy
-
Drop-Off Program fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, as clearly stated during enrollment.
-
Families who choose not to meet scheduling requirements, or who are removed from the program, are still responsible for full tuition and program fees.
The Drop-Off Program is offered as a structured, organized service with clear policies. These policies ensure that we can safely and effectively care for your children while maintaining staffing and program integrity. Participation is entirely voluntary, but policy adherence is non-negotiable. If you prefer not to follow the Drop-Off Program policies, you may absolutely enroll your child in classes with parent supervision onsite at all times.
*Once purchased, there are no refunds, transfers, switches, trades, credits or saving for later. If a class is not available that you wanted, we advise you to make a 1st, 2nd & 3rd choice. If a class gets full, choose another class. If a class gets cancelled, choose another class. We do not refund drop-off's if your 1st choice is no longer available. NO EXCEPTIONS!
